      Nick Di Latte, Executive Chairman and CEO - BA LLB ACSA

     Nick joined the Group in 1996 and has always shared his father's passion for the industry.

Nick's predominant role is the overall responsibility for the performance of Group activities.  In addition to this it has also been to liaise with clients and joint venture partners, from the initial concept and planning stage through to completion.  He brings a great deal of experience in the property industry to the fore and continues to work with and oversee both divisions of the Company.  Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, having been admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in February 2002.  In 2010, Nick completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance course.  Nick's role further includes the implementation of growth strategies of the group.

Nick is a member of the Audit committees.

                                       
 

      Jason Ferris, Non-Executive Director  

Mr Ferris has vast experience spanning a 20 year career in corporate finance (M&A, IPO's, Capital Raisings) pr  operty finance (construction / development funding) and investment finance (term debt funding) sectors.

Mr Ferris holds an AFSL and an Australian Credit Licence.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and is a Member of the Australian Institue of Company Directors (MAICD).

Mr Ferris has been involved in excess of $3b in property finance transactions since late 2005 in the commercial property finance sector including senior development debt, investment term debt and mezzanine finance.  He has also facilitated many joint venture opportunites in both property and mining sectors.



 

      Jeffery Hill, Non Executive Director

Jeffery has had an extensive career in the banking and finance sector having spent 30 years with Westpac and Bankwest primarily in property lending and as a Director in corporate banking at Bankwest specialising in cash flow funding of large private businesses.

Jeffery also spent three years as a Finance Director with a private property developer managing land sub divisions and unit developments for the group.  Over many years in the industry, Jeffery has honed his skills in risk analysis, cash flow management and implementation of strategic objectives.
